Gigs and Chocolate Pot.

I've just eaten a burger the size of my own face, with chips. Then I had a 'chocolate pot' which was like eating a bowl of squashy sin. It was dark chocolate moose/fudge thing I think. Good god, it was great but I feel like I'm going to die now. I can only describe I'm feeling something akin to a chocolate hangover. If I have it again I'll take a picture. Though I doubt you'll see much as it's dark mass seems to absorb all light.
I had lunch with one of the Vox artists, they travelled quite a way so the least I could do was get some lunch in. But I really overdid it. So much for my being healthy. What's worse is it's Jujitsu night, in a couple of hours. I wear a white Gi, I get the impression that I may just have to take it easy tonight or I may embarrass myself.
I locked myself out last night, I can't believe it. I walked home because I was on the phone for about 2 hours. So 2 hours and about 9.5 miles later I was at my front door realising I couldn't get in. It was 9pm, the office was closing and I was madly trying to phone people who might be in the pub next door to the office. I ended up jumping in a cab, luckily the driver used to do deliveries to the BMG building so he knew where he was going. Got there just in time to catch the night security locking up. Then got the taxi back home again. Rubbish, what a d**khead.
It's Piper Saint's Belishi gig/birthday bash tonight. I hope to make it down, if any of you are going to see them be sure to say hi. No doubt I'll pop into Tommy Flynn's after for a couple too. :-)
Speaking of which, Chalky gave me a call and is after some bands for this Saturday if you
fancy playing? I'm going to try and get there early this time as I think it will be a good one. I'll take me big video camera down to film the proceedings and chat to the Vox bands if there are any. If you're up for it let me know and I'll forward on your details. If you don't fancy playing but fancy a bevvy too that could be good. It was nice to meet a couple of you last time.

Once in a while, I wish I was in the London area so I could get in on some of these cool offerings.
-I like a cheeseburger the size of my face too, but I usually stop there. The feelings you just described are exactly why I stop there! :-)
Walking is good for you, but man I hate having to walk so far! Sux you walked so far just to wind up cabbing it back to the office then home again. -I hate it when that happens!!! :-) Man, I'm so paranoid about locking myself out of the house that I double and triple check to make sure I have my keys before setting foot out of the house. -One good lockout, and you'll never forget your keys again!!! :-)
Hey, the animation looks cool! -I hope I didn't come off as "harsh" when I said you really didn't need a bunch of toys all over your page... -I guess I just meant that I'd hate to see your page turn in to nothing but toys. The cartoons are great!

Yes I must learn portion control considering I'm trying to have a healthy balanced diet.
I hope I never lock myself out again, I'm hoping it's a lesson learned.
IB - Ditto on everything said above mate , thats why im on 5 - 6 small meals a day no dark chocolate delights hehe , blood sugar levels at optimum working levels and I feel great ... I agree with DK I wish I was in London to partake in the festivities , our band would be there like Fred bear .... its nice to see that these gigs may become a frequent thing ... if we ever get to the UK (as we have planned) im hoping these gigs are around so we can partake ...
