Indieboy

Howdy, Only recently realised I hadn't changed this since I first signed up, whoops. As my tag line says I oversee the community looking for talent. I have worked in the music industry in one way or another since I was 18. I was in a reasonable band for a while, did the whole unsigned thing for ages. Did a few bits and bobs, then did some sessions for people (nothing good or paid for). I've worked in royalties, radio plugging, A&R, artist management, and live promo. My tastes have been broad-based for a very long time which is one of the reasons I'm doing this job. Plus I know all the other people in the labels' tastes so I can forward material on for a second opnion. I could see the name indieboy suggesting otherwise though. Get to know me, say hello, link me in your own blogs so people know where to go. I work all the time these days so I try to get around to everyone, though sometimes it's not always possible. :-/ Anyhoot, I want to hear some great music as that's what makes my job fantastic so get on with it.
